love the flower card with the circle cut out - how did you make the scallop around it? Thanks for sharing your beautiful work!

Hi Karen,
Thanks for visiting! The scallops around the circle were made with 1/2 inch circle punches that I attached individually.....I know, I'm crazy! LOL
